It's a small room, obviously not for the family. Spoons and mugs in the room, not all apparently those that were used by previous guests were dirty, DIRTY! Otherwise, everything else is tolerable.

The location was marvelous, right by the train, tram, and bus stations, with a handy shop and coffee shop nearby. the room had thick blackout curtains, coffee, and fresh sheets in the classic double room. - We were pleased with the decent views from the hotel.

We liked the location: Close to the city centre and close to the airport (by train). The room was clean and the staff was really friendly
The financial reward in case that you use the sign "do not disturb". I assume that if the cleaning staff doesn't enter a room is not paid. This is a way for the hotel to save money against the cleaning staff. I highly recommend you to change this.
